We have raised enough money to purchase 190 blankets! In addition to that, Oak Hill PTA and Student Council have collected items such as socks, combs, sunscreen, tooth brushes, and toothpaste to make hygiene bags. Student Council representatives worked dilegently to assemble120 bags which will be handed out. We will be scheduling a date/time at the end of February to pass out the blankets, hygiene bags, and food supplied through Helping Hands and Hearts of Antelope. We are so thankful to have teachers like Ms Diab and Ms Ryan who help us make a positive difference in all that we do! |
Oak Hill Elementary Otter Pups joined more than 20,000 other schools across the country to focus on building a culture of kindness. Creating such an environment is essential to ensuring every student feels safe, valued and respected. Counselor Miller facilitated activities and guided students towards completing kindness challenges on campus throughout the week.
What a great way for students to model kindness and develop key social emotional skills. We appreciate you Counselor Miller! |

Our attendance rate goal is 95%! Below is every grade levels attendance rate for the past few months.Kudos to 1st, 2nd, and
5th grade families for having a 95% or higher attendance rate for the month of January so far. Absenteeism is a lost opportunity to learn. We can’t afford to think of absenteeism as merely a lack of compliance with school rules. How many days of school has your child missed? |
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the front office at 916-338-6460. Otters, Otters, Otters! Rah, Rah, Rah! With Pride, Parveen Saenz, Principal |
