Hello JR. RedHawk Families,

Welcome Back!

We were very excited to welcome students back from a long break! It seems most everyone is back and doing well. Our attendance has been wonderful! I know Thursday was an unexpected day off for us and we have an upcoming 3-day weekend. Please continue sending your students to school every day. If you have an appointment or need to leave early, if possible, have students come for part of the day, so they are not missing a whole day of instruction.

Your Presence is a Gift! 

Students who attended school today were entered into a drawing to take part in our gift grab!

Our lucky ten students picked their favorite gifts to unwrap this afternoon. 

Keep up the great attendance! 

Please remember to send you student to school each Friday for a fun activity or treat. Students can also shop at our Character Card Store on Fridays with all those wonderful character cards they've earned during the week for being safe, respectful, responsible and kind.

Congratulations Mrs. Lafalce and Mrs. Cochran's Classes

Best Attendance 01/08/2024 to 01/12/2024!

Mrs. Laface's Kindergarten and Mrs. Cochran's First grade classes had the best attendance with 98% in attendance for the week of 01/08/2024 to 01/12/2024. Great work classes.

Free Online Tutoring through San Diego Libraries 

*Reminder of an excellent online free resource in our community for tutoring and homework help if needed.

Brainfuse HelpNow

If you need help with your homework, we offer free, live online tutoring 24 hours a day, every day via Brainfuse HelpNow. Get help in English or Spanish, for all grades K-12. In addition, you'll find writing assistance and help with standardized tests, such as the SAT, ACT, AP, TOEFL, GED.

4th Grade Popcorn Parties and Gingerbread Fun!

Students are excited to spend their hard-earned Character Cards on popcorn parties for their classes! Our students are amazingly kind and have developed great classroom communities this school year!
