DESTINATION IMAGINATION - TEAMS FORMING THIS WEEK! |
Destination Imagination® (DI) is an outside-of-school, project-based educational program that inspires and equips students to become the next generation of innovators and leaders. Teams in our program improve in creative thinking, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving. Our participants experience the creative process, develop new friendships and learn to work together. Students in grades kindergarten through university can participate, with up to seven members per team. Each team needs an adult Team Manager who helps students stay on track but does not directly help the team develop their solution to the DI Challenge. Team Managers are typically parents or other volunteers.
Please join us for an Information Session to learn more. Bring your students since teams may be formed during the meeting. Destination Imagination® (DI) Info Session Coyote Creek MPR - Wed, Sept 14, 2022 - 7:00-8:00 pm! |

Dear Coyote Creek Families,
I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new and returning families for the 22/23 School Year!
Each year, the Coyote Creek Learning Fund (CCLF) raises money to help support academic and curriculum enrichment programs that benefit every student at Coyote Creek Elementary School. Due to state budget cuts and a decrease in our overall enrollment, our school does not receive the funding it needs to provide programs our children deserve. Your donation to CCLF helps us bridge this gap and allows our school to provide students with the resources needed to maximize each child’s individual educational experience. The funds raised by CCLF are used to support the following vital programs:
Salaries to cover the following: - Classroom paraeducator (teacher assistant) time to provide instructional support in both math and reading across all grade and achievement levels.
- Art Instructor for all grade levels
- Music Instruction
- Reading Specialists
-
STEAM enrichment activities for all grade levels
- Technology
This year we are asking for a donation of $495/child. This equates to a contribution of just $49.50/month for each of the 10 months of the school year. It is our continued hope that every family at Coyote Creek will join us in supporting these programs that our children deserve. Click here to register.
Your donation is tax-deductible and also qualifies for Corporate Matching. Click to learn more or read below. My best, Zia Macchiwalla CCLF President |

THANK YOU for your generous donations during Online Registration in support of our Academic and Curriculum Enrichment Programs.
Did you know that most employers, big and small, will match your donation? And if both parents' employers match, the same donation can be matched by both companies. Some companies will even provide donations for your time spent volunteering at our school. These Corporate matching programs are a wonderful way to double or triple your donation at no additional expense to you!
Visit Double the Donation to see if one or both parents’ employers match.
For additional information, visit Corp Match or email cclfmatchingfund@gmail.com.
Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram. |
The biggest community event of the year is the Run for Education. Be sure to register and join the Coyote Creek team. A portion of each registration is donated back to our school to support student programs!
