RCHS Students Eligible for College Board National Recognition

Washington Unified School District (WUSD) is pleased to share that eleven (11) River City High School (RCHS) students were notified this week of their eligibility to apply for the College Board National Recognition Program.

The National Recognition Programs are a proven way for many students of color and students in rural and small towns to stand out in the college-application process and access millions of dollars in scholarships. Students are considered if they take eligible administrations of the PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, or AP Exams and identify as African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American/Indigenous, or attend high school in a rural area or small town.

Please join us in celebrating this year’s eligible students from RCHS:

Phoebe Stark

Anika Scolastico

Erika Larribas

Mason Ridgeway

Leonella Galindo

Ethan Haggard

Valentino Curtis

Liliana Ramirez

Jocelyn Montiel

If you know a student who meets the eligibility criteria but did not receive an invitation, please encourage them to nominate themselves at bigfuture.org/NRP.
